PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS "BUY MORE, SAVE MORE"

§ 1. General Provisions

  1. The Organizer of the Promotion is Spacerebels Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Wrocław, ul. Honoriusza Balzaka 63, 52-437 Wrocław, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna under KRS number: 0001145996, holding NIP (Tax Identification Number): 8943250507.
  2. The Promotion is valid from September 1, 2026, 00:00 to September 14, 2026, 23:59.

§ 2. Promotion Rules

  1. The Promotion applies to products available in the Store. The Customer may freely combine products within a single order.
  2. For the purposes of the Promotion, "Cart Value" is understood as the total selling price of the products in the cart, after applying any price reductions to individual products, but before applying the discount resulting from this Promotion. Delivery costs are not included in the Cart Value.
  3. The discount is calculated automatically and amounts to:
    • 10% of the Cart Value – if the Cart Value is at least 500 EUR, but less than 1,000 EUR;
    • 20% of the Cart Value – if the Cart Value is at least 1,000 EUR.
  4. The discount applies to all products included in the order. Its amount and the final amount to be paid are presented to the Customer prior to placing the order.
  5. The Promotion does not combine with other discount codes or other cart promotions, unless the terms of another promotion or information in the Store explicitly state otherwise.

§ 3. Partial Return of Products

  1. The discount resulting from the Promotion is contingent upon the total value of the products ultimately retained by the Customer.
  2. If the Customer exercises their right to withdraw from the contract only in relation to a part of the products, the discount amount will be recalculated based on the value of the products remaining in the order after the return, according to the thresholds applicable at the time of placing the order.
  3. If the value of the retained products:
    • is at least 1,000 EUR – the 20% discount remains;
    • is between 500 EUR and 999.99 EUR – the 10% discount applies;
    • is less than 500 EUR – the discount resulting from the Promotion no longer applies.
  4. In such a case, the amount due to be refunded to the Customer represents the difference between the total amount paid for the products in the order and the price of the products retained by the Customer, determined after applying the appropriate discount threshold to them.
  5. The recalculation of the discount does not constitute a fee, a penalty, or a limitation of the Customer's right to withdraw from the contract, but rather results from the condition required to obtain a specific discount level.

§ 4. Complaints and Consumer Rights

  1. The rules set out in § 3 apply to partial withdrawal from the contract or a voluntary product return. They do not limit the Customer's rights resulting from the non-conformity of the goods with the contract and are not applied as a sanction in the event of an accepted product complaint.
  2. The Promotion does not limit the Consumer's statutory right to withdraw from the contract or any other rights vested in them under applicable law.
  3. In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the Store Regulations and applicable provisions of law shall apply.
  4. Complaints regarding the Promotion may be submitted to the e-mail address: shop@spacerebels.com. Complaints will be processed within 14 days.
