FLOWERS ON NAVY BLUE
Über das Motiv
A rich collection of botanical illustrations scattered freely across a deep navy background that brings to mind the velvet of the night sky. The flowers — peonies, larkspurs, edelweiss, cornflowers, and bluebells — are rendered with the precision of old herbarium plates, but in a vivid, surprising palette: gold, turquoise, violet, and white together create a harmony full of energy. The all-over composition gives the impression of a scattered, dried herbarium in which every element retains its own identity and gravitas.

This pattern will beautifully enliven your living room styled as eclectic or dark academia, where deep navy walls or a velvet sofa become a natural extension of its mood. It fits just as beautifully in your bedroom as a striking color accent contrasting with bright linen textiles. If you're arranging your study or library, this botanical motif will give the space the atmosphere of a naturalist's scholarly study.
