POLYGON ILLUSION
Über das Motiv
A pattern built from concentrically nested squares and rhombi, creating a hypnotic effect of depth and movement. Two compositions are paired in reversed coloring — one on a white background with black lines, the other on a black background with white — which intensifies the optical illusion and gives the whole a dynamic, pulsing energy. Precise, parallel lines build an impression of three-dimensionality, as if the pattern were pulling the gaze into its center. It's a classic example of Op Art: the perfection of geometry in the service of illusion.
Einsatz im Interior
The pattern fits perfectly into your living room styled as minimalist or modernist, where it becomes a striking focal point against uniform, bright walls. It also works well in your study as a strong accent that adds intellectual character and artistic boldness to the space. If you like contrasts, place it in the corridor or dining room — there the black-and-white optical play will make an unforgettable impression on guests.
